  • An error was fixed in Purchase Order Batch Processing when creating purchase orders from unattached backorders where in unusual situations the page may get an error: "Error in CreatePurchaseOrdersFromUnattachedBackorders" -- which would abort the batch processing. - Release Date: 7/29/2019

  • Quote
  • When exporting a quote to a sales order, the Quote Detail List Price was not getting copied to the Sales Order Detail List Price. Therefore the sales order detail List Price was zero, and if the order detail Price Type = List then the Selling Price would incorrectly be set to zero. • In Add Sales Order (or Add Job Order) several issues were fixed including: * Remove Order Status from the form since new orders should always have Open status. * Fix where Order Contact Name, Order Phone Number, and Order Email Address fields were not correctly tied to the New Record Layout. * Fix so controls that have an "empty" value of "0" are treated the same as "" when checking for required values. Also, the Sales Order "New Record Layouts" page was changed to add Branch Number, Payment Terms, and Sales Rep and remove fields that should not be specified when adding a new order (such as Order Status, Finalized Date, and Closed Date). - Release Date: 7/16/2019
  • The Finalize date was not disabled in Sales Order Maintenance when a user did not have the Job/Sales Order Finalize permission. - Release Date: 6/26/2019
  • The Sales Order module was changed so when closing a sales order the TaxCodeMaster AccountNumber will always be used as the Tax Account for merging to Accounts Receivable. • The Sales Order Detail Maintenance page was changed so before updating the detail record it will check to see if another process changed the Item Status, and if so then notify the user and reload the record to refresh the form. This will prevent a "lost update" problem where the other process modified the record and some of those changes were lost when the user tried to update the old/outdated record values. - Release Date: 6/18/2019
  • In Sales Order Maintenance, the [Copy Order] option fixed a problem where inventory was getting incorrectly partially committing inventory if the entire Order Quantity could not be committed. • A problem was fixed on the "Add Sales Order" page when adding a sales order and overriding with a Manual Sales Order ID, where, if there was a "notify" popup window about a customer over credit limit or past due, that the manual Sales Order ID field would mistakenly get cleared. Note that the sales order was actually getting added with the correct Sales Order ID -- but the on-screen text box was just clearing that field. - Release Date: 5/29/2019
  • Supplier
  • A problem was fixed in Supplier Maintenance where the Default Payment Type for the supplier was not getting set when the supplier form was displayed - which could cause the value to be lost when updating and cause subsequent suppliers viewed to incorrectly set the last specified value. Also, the Add Supplier page was changed so that the Default Payment Type is a drop-down box just like in Supplier Maintenance. - Release Date: 7/16/2019

  • In "Create Payables from Receipts" several changes were made to prevent double-posting. First, when you click the [Post] button now, the button text will immediately change to "Posting..." so if the user accidentally double-clicks, the second click will be ignored since the button text now indicates that posting is already in process. Also, if the Purchase Order Receipt record to be posted already has an Invoice Number (i.e. Invoice ID) then the posting will be skipped since that PO Receipt has already been posted.
